Acclaimed by the critics, Tamás Keresztes, plays the role of Gregers Werle, not as a fanatic ruled by his principles, but as a person with warm feelings and the best of intentions.
The Katona József Theatre has attracted considerable attention in Europe, and makes many tours. Its director is Gábor Zsámbéki, who has put on a number of productions at the National Theatre.
