An invisible veil of warmth (NO)
Aren’t we all weighed down by all sorts of thoughts and feelings – if not words?

Directed by Company B. Valiente.
In her most recent production Gunhild Bjørnsgaard and her Company B Valiente will focus on the inner life of some of the women in Ibsen’s works. The woman has beauty, pride, want and craving for life, and an intense desire for greater freedom and understanding. With two female dancers on stage Bjørnsgaard invites the audience to an experience without any clear beginning or end, which moves from the estethic beauty to the ugly and irrational.
Gunhild Bjørnsgaard trained at the Norwegian Academy of Ballet and Jacques Lecoq Drama School in Paris, and has worked as a free lance dancer since 1992. In 1997 she established her own Company B. Valiente together with Marcelino Martin Valiente, a company for contemporary dance which has produced a number of shows in Norway and France. Their most recent productions have been a trilogy focusing on ’The Body in imprisonment’. Bjørnsgaard has had a series of assignments, among them the opening performance for the Rodin-exhibition at Henie-Onstad Art Centre and the Francophony Festival in the Old Lodge (Gamle Losjen)
